Sacasha Brown leads the Operations team at Steinbridge Group evaluating and implementing new initiatives and policies in order to optimize the firm’s operational efficiency.
This includes leading the firm’s project management, construction management, property management and administrative efforts. For over two decades, Ms. Brown has established a successful long-term record of excellence; demonstrating transformational leadership and building and sustaining high performance teams to achieve optimal solutions and results. Before joining the Steinbridge team, Ms. Brown spent eight years leading healthcare initiatives and companies. She previously served as a member of the Alternatives-Private Equity team at Allstate Investments, LLC where she focused on investing in and monitoring private equity investments and at Lilly Ventures, the venture capital arm of Eli Lilly and Company where she evaluated business plans and conducted due diligence on potential investment opportunities. Ms. Brown also worked in the Alternative Capital and Investment Banking divisions at Credit Suisse First Boston where she helped raise over $4 billion of capital for private equity firms and participated in over $1 billion of real estate transactions.
Ms. Brown earned a Master in Business Administration from Harvard Business School, where she was a Toigo Fellow, a Master of Health Administration from Florida Atlantic University and a Bachelor of Science from Georgetown University, where she was a Patrick Healy Fellow.
Ms. Brown currently serves as the Church Clerk and a member of the Ministry of Directors of the New Mount Olive Baptist Church.
