Brandon Gibson

Brandon N. Gibson leads development activities for The Steinbridge Group, including residential and mixed-use new development in markets in, and around, the continental U.S.

Gibson also leads all efforts securing public-private partnership opportunities for the firm. With over 17 years of institutional real estate development and investment experience, Gibson has developed, managed, invested in, or consulted on real estate projects valued at over $750M. Moreover, Gibson has expanded his reach through the formation of, and investment in, various tech / prop-tech companies aiming to bridge the digital divide in myriad low-income communities around the country.

A native New Yorker, Gibson attended: York College of the City University of New York, graduating with a BS in Finance; New York University, earning certifications in Private Equity Finance; and Harvard University, graduating with an MS in Government.
