Amanda J. Dean is the Project and Property Management Manager at The Steinbridge Group. Dean provides a continuous improvement approach to her roles in the areas of Project Management, Property Management, and Construction Management.
Dean brings with her over 15 years of operations, events, fundraising, vendor, and stakeholder management. She has developed and implemented dozens of budgets and timelines, working with both internal and external stakeholders to meet and exceed goals. Dean worked on project teams for both internal renovations and new construction, working with vendors ranging from general contractors, architects, security consultants, and trades, to Philadelphia Parks and Recreation and the Pennsylvania Horticultural Society.
Dean utilizes systemic design, comparative analysis, and other research methods to increase quality and efficiency, while reducing cost and waste. Dean’s experience makes her an invaluable part of The Steinbridge Group team, bringing with her vision, SOPs, and a consistent focus on lean, opportunistic growth.
Amanda Dean earned her bachelor’s degree in Business Administration with a specialization in Marketing from Rowan University. Dean studied construction management and project management at Temple University. Dean has also studied Experience Design in the Master of Fine Arts program at Miami University of Ohio.
In addition to her work at Steinbridge, Dean has volunteered extensively with the Visitor Experience Conference and the DEI Affinity Group of the Greater Philadelphia Cultural Alliance. She is currently continuing her study of Experience Design, the Arts and Crafts Movement, and bricks and mortar small business models.
